Herbalicious Shrimp Linguine
This Creamy Shrimp Linguine is very demure! We’ve added our Herbalicious Seasoning and Dip Mix to this classic dish, with a splash of our favourite white wine, creating an effortlessly sophisticated and delicious pasta dish, ideal for seafood aficionados!

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound of linguine noodles
  • 2 tbsp of butter
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • ½ cup of shallots
  • 1 clove of garlic, chopped
  • 1 pound large shrimp, roughly 20 shrimp, peeled and deveined (we used Red Argentine Shrimp)
  • 1/4 cup of lemon juice (roughly 2 lemons)
  • ½ cup of white wine
  • ½ cup of cream
  • Lemon zest, from ½ of a large lemon
  • 2 tbsp of Spyce Girlz Herbalicious Seasoning and Dip Mix

Instructions:

  1. Boil water in a large pot. Add a little bit of salt to the boiling water and cook the linguine according to package instructions.
  2. Meanwhile, add the butter and olive oil to an extra-large pan over medium-low heat. Once the butter has melted, add the shallots and garlic and sauté for 1 minute until the garlic is fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
  3. Add the shrimp and sauté until they turn pink, about 5 minutes. (If you are using Red Argentine shrimp like we did, it will already be pink to begin with).
  4. Add in the lemon juice and white wine. Let it simmer for a minute or so and then add in the cream.
  5. Add the lemon zest and Spyce Girlz Herbalicious Seasoning and Dip Mix. Stir it all together.
  6. Once the pasta is cooked, drain the water and add the noodles to the sauté pan. Toss to combine, ensuring that it is coated evenly. Serve and Enjoy (with a glass of the remaining white wine!)
