Spring is in the air, so we have prepared some egg-cellent Deviled Eggs, using our Spyce Girlz Herbalicious Seasoning & Dip Mix! This recipe is quick, simple, filled with protein, and definitely a crowd pleaser!
Ingredients:
- 6 hard-boiled eggs (makes 12 pieces, use more eggs if needed)
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
- 1 teaspoon of pickle brine
- 1/2 teaspoon of Spyce Girlz Herbalicious Seasoning & Dip Mix
Instructions:
- Put eggs in a pot and cover with water. Heat on high until the water boils, and cover. Turn the heat to low and cook for 1 minute. Remove and let them rest for 15 minutes. When ready, rinse under cold water.
- Crack eggs and peel them under cold water.
- Slice all the eggs in half, lengthwise.
- Scoop and remove the yolks (careful not to break the whites). Place the yolks in a bowl and the whites on a serving platter.
- Mash the yolks in the bowl using a fork.
- To the bowl of fine crumbled yolks, add the mayonnaise, mustard, pickle brine, and Spyce Girlz Herbalicious Seasoning & Dip Mix, mix well.
- Evenly disperse scoops of the yolk mixture into the egg whites.
- Sprinkle with more Spyce Girlz Herbalicious Seasoning & Dip Mix, and serve!
