Today's recipe is EPIC! We're whipping up our Epic Steak Sandwich! What makes it so legendary, you ask? We've seasoned it with Spyce Girlz Old Montreal Steak Spyce (of course), paired with a tender roast, and topped it off with creamy Brie cheese—how could it not be epic?!
Ingredients:
- 1 roast (your favourite cut, inside round or sirloin tip work well for sliced roast beef)
- Olive oil
- Spyce Girlz Old Montreal Steak Spyce (to season generously)
- Baguette (or your bread of choice)
- Brie cheese
- Arugula
- 1 tomato, sliced
- Spread for sandwich:
- 3 tbsp of mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp of horseradish
Instructions:

Preheat your oven or BBQ to 375 then get that roast ready. Drizzle it with olive oil and generously coat it with your Spyce Girlz Old Montreal Steak Spyce.

Pop it into the oven, or BBQ, and roast it until the internal temperature hits 135 degrees (check with a thermometer). Timing depends on the size of your meat.
- When the roast is done, cover it with tin foil and let it rest for a minimum of 15 mins. (it’ll be worth it). Then, thinly slice your meat.
- Meanwhile, prep the sandwich fixings. You'll want to slice open your baguette and mix up your spread. Add the mayonnaise and horseradish into a small bowl and stir.
- Now, assemble your masterpiece! Spread that mayo-horseradish mix generously on the baguette, add the brie cheese, layer on your roast slices, pile on the arugula for freshness, and then top with your tomato slices.
- Close up that sandwich, take a big bite, and enjoy!
