Is your New Year's resolution to incorporate healthier meal options into your routine? Start the year off right and spyce up your food goals with our versatile, delicious, and better-for-you Spyce blends! Today we are cooking up Chicken & Greek Salad, using our Theo The Greek Seasoning. Opa!
Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts
- Olive oil
- Theo The Greek Seasoning
- 2-3 diced tomatoes
- 1 English cucumber diced
- ½ cup of sliced and pitted Kalamata olives
- 1 cup of feta cheese
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
Instructions:
- Coat chicken breasts with 1-2 tbsp of olive oil and 1-2 tbsp Theo The Greek Seasoning.
- Place chicken on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 375.
- In a bowl add all the tomatoes, cucumber, olives, and feta cheese.
- For the dressing combine ¼ cup of olive oil, 1 tbsp of lemon juice, and 2 tbsp of Theo The Greek Seasoning in a bowl. Whisk it up, then pour over your salad and toss.
- Plate your veggies and chicken.
- For an extra side dish, top fries with olive oil and Theo The Greek Seasoning. Enjoy
