This Mexican Layer Dip, made with our Spyce Girlz Taco Seasoning, is a true crowd-pleaser and makes the perfect appetizer. It’s tasty, easy, only takes 5 minutes to prepare and is sure to wow your crowd… or party of 1!
You'll need:
- 1 can of refried beans (preferably with green chillies)
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1/2 cup of mayo
- 2 tbsp of Spyce Girlz Taco Seasoning
- 1.5 cups of salsa
- 1.5 cups of shredded cheese
- 3/4 cup of chopped green onions
- Diced jalapeños (optional)
Instructions:
- Start by spreading 1 can of refried beans (preferably with green chillies) on the bottom of your bowl. This is your first layer.
- Next, mix together 1 cup of sour cream, 1/2 cup of mayo and 2 tbsp of Spyce Girlz Taco Seasoning. Once combined, spread on top of your refried beans layer.
- Drain 1.5 cups of salsa through a metal sieve and spread on top of sour cream layer
- Top with 1.5 cups of shredded cheese
- Sprinkle on 3/4 cup of chopped green onions and optionally, diced jalapeños
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes then enjoy!
