To celebrate, we whipped up a delightful Logan-inspired Greek Cucumber Salad featuring our Theo The Greek Seasoning, obviously. Trust us, you’ll want this refreshing dish after all the delicious carb indulgences this Thanksgiving weekend!
You’ll need:
- One entire cucumber
- ½ cup of sliced cherry tomatoes
- ½ cup of sliced red onions
- ½ cup of Kalamata olives
- ½ cup of crumbled feta cheese
- A squeeze of lemon
- Drizzle of olive oil
- 1 heaping tbsp of Spyce Girlz Theo The Greek Seasoning
How to make it:
- Using a mandolin, slice the entire cucumber into a container or bowl.
- Add in your cherry tomatoes, sliced red onions, Kalamata olives, feta cheese, lemon juice, and olive oil.
- Top with Spyce Girlz Theo The Greek Seasoning.
- If you’re feeling festive, shake it all up in a Logan-inspired container! Or just stir gently in a bowl and enjoy.
