Game night! Tuning into the Super Bowl? Getting ready for the good old hockey game? Regardless of who you are cheering for, we know how to keep your bellies happy during game night! We are serving up COWBOY CAVIAR, using our original Spyce Girlz Taco Seasoning, an instant hit for any sports themed party!
Ingredients:
- 1 can of black beans (rinsed and drained)
- 1 can of black eye peas (rinsed and drained)
- 3 tomatoes (diced)
- 1 cup corn (rinsed and drained, frozen also works!)
- 1/2 cup red onion (finely chopped)
- 1 jalapeño pepper (seeded and chopped)
- 3/4 cup cilantro (chopped)
- 1 avocado (chopped)
Taco Vinaigrette Ingredients:
- 2 limes (juiced)
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 1/2 tbsp of Spyce Girlz Taco Seasoning
Instructions:
Add everything to a large bowl, mix well, serve with tortilla chips, turn on the game, and enjoy!
